Only Accepting Virtual Clients

I am passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their sense of self, build confidence, and navigate the complexities of their relationships and emotions. My work often focuses on self-esteem, anxiety, emotional regulation, boundaries, and the unspoken pressures shaped by gender roles and social expectations.

I support clients in understanding how early messages around identity, emotion, and connection may be impacting their current struggles – and I help them reclaim clarity, boundaries, and self-trust. Whether you’re working through life transitions, anxiety, people-pleasing, or feeling stuck in your relationships, our work together creates space to shift patterns, strengthen your voice, and move toward a life that feels more aligned. I bring a warm, compassionate, and genuine approach, often incorporating humour (when appropriate) and directness to encourage growth and change.

In my practice, I offer a grounded and collaborative space where you’re encouraged to show up as you are – without judgment or pressure to “have it all figured out.” I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing on science and evidence-based practices like CBT (including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy), solution-focused therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and mindfulness to tailor our work to your needs.

I work especially well with clients who are:

  • Struggling with self-doubt or inner criticism
  • Feeling anxious or overwhelmed by expectations (their own or others’)
  • Exploring the impact of gender norms on their relationships and emotional expression
  • Learning to set boundaries without guilt
  • Wanting to build a stronger connection to their values, voice, and emotional resilience

Other areas of focus include anger management, ADHD, and stress management.

“For what it’s worth…it’s never too late, or in my case too early, to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit. Start whenever you want. You can change or stay the same. There are no rules to this thing. We can make the best of it or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you’ve never felt before. I hope you meet people who have a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of, and if you’re not, I hope you have the courage to start over again.”
