“You deserve to be completely found in your surroundings not lost within them.”
~ Rupi Kaur
I’m here to support you, just as you are. My goal is to create a safe, trusting space where you can be yourself and share openly, without judgment. I deeply value cultural and identity diversity, ensuring your unique background is respected and honoured in our sessions.
My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate and equitable, using evidence-based methods to help you heal and grow. I am genuine, creative, open, and flexible, and I believe that a little humour can be an important part of the healing process. I tailor our work together to meet your individual needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). I am trained in EMDR and have completed Levels 1 and 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
My experience includes working in university settings, outpatient clinics, and crisis intervention within Alberta’s healthcare system. I am especially passionate about supporting adults with ADHD. I have supported clients facing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, relationship issues, burnout, addiction, men’s emotional health, perinatal mental health, body image and eating disorders, as well as spiritual or religious matters. I have extensive experience helping clients through all stages of adulthood, from young adulthood through retirement and beyond.
You deserve personalized support for your unique journey. If you’re ready to take the next step, I am here and dedicated to helping you move forward.
