Janice is a doctoral-level psychologist with over 15 years of counselling experience and co-owner of YEG Psychology. She primarily uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for individuals and the Gottman Method for couples, with formal training in EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Bringing Home Baby, and certification in perinatal mental health. Janice supports mothers and couples adjusting to parenthood, business owners balancing competing demands, and first responders in high-stress roles. She also works extensively with trauma, burnout, and major life transitions. Warm yet direct, Janice blends evidence-based strategies with empathy and humour, creating a space where clients feel supported, challenged, and ready to make meaningful change.

Dr. Holly Whyte

Holly is a doctoral-level psychologist with 15 years of experience and co-owner of YEG Psychology, specializing in couples therapy, trauma, perinatal mental health, and work with First Responders. She has advanced training in the Gottman Method (Level 3) and helps couples address challenges related to trauma, affairs, communication, conflict, and intimacy. Holly is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional and provides support for individuals and couples during pregnancy, postpartum, and related life transitions. For trauma, she utilizes evidence-based treatments including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure. Holly offers a strong, directive approach grounded in empathy and humor, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to reach their therapy goals.

Dr. Jasmine Bajwa

Jasmine has over 15 years of experience, specializing in cognitive-behavioural therapy to help clients manage mood disorders, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, and adult ADHD. She takes a practical, collaborative approach, integrating mindfulness and solution-focused strategies to meet each client’s unique needs. Krista Bruyer

She has specialized training in perinatal mental health and a particular interest in supporting women, mothers, and first responders as they work toward balance, resilience, and well-being.

Kenedy Dowler

Kenedy is a Master’s-level psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. She takes an integrative, evidence-based, and collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring her work to meet each client’s unique needs. Warm, gentle, and deeply compassionate, Kenedy creates a calm and nurturing space for reflection and growth. Erica Perrott-Mazerolle

Kingsley Chan

Kingsley is a Masters-level psychologist with over 11 years of experience. Specializing in depression, anxiety, brain injury, chronic pain, and motor vehicle accidents, he is passionate about helping individuals adjust to their lived experience. Carmen has over 18 years of experience in psychology and education, licensed to practice in Alberta, British Columbia, and the United Kingdom. She specializes in supporting children, youth, couples, families, and performers through a relationship-driven, goal-oriented, and solution-focused approach. Integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-Based methods, and the Gottman Method, Carmen helps clients foster self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change. She offers both a brief therapy model as well as the more traditional, longer-term approach, tailoring support to each client’s goals and needs. With a background as both a psychologist and competitive athlete, Carmen brings a deep understanding of the performance mindset and the human capacity for transformation. Christina recently graduated from MacEwan University with a Bachelor of Science in Honours Psychology. She dedicated much of her undergraduate degree researching the stigma of suicide and clinical disorders including depression and schizophrenia, as well as perspectives regarding medical assistance in dying for mental illness. She plans on pursing a Master’s degree in counselling and subsequently registering as a psychologist. When she is not in the office, Christina enjoys snowboarding, walking her pug, travelling and reading psychological thrillers.
